Grief as Medicine is a hour somatic ritual for women and femme-identifying people. We will get curious about our grief, where it lives in our bodies, and what it's asking of us. We will talk and write to it, breathe and move with it. Witness and be witnessed.

$150 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds, payment plans and sliding scale are an option after a conversation with me.
