In addition to our guest facilitators, musicians, and creators, we host practitioners onsite who support the space and contribute to the community.

debra marks, psyd

Deb is the owner of Maplewood Studios. It is the space she dreamed into being. As a doctor of psychology, her work has always centered on inner connection and gentle healing. Deb’s current therapeutic practice with sound and vibration is founded on the Nepalese lineage of the Atma Buti School of Sound and Vibrational Healing. With intentional and grounded presence, Deb offers private and group restorative sound journeys to create a healing environment within our energetic bodies. Deb has also completed 200-hour yoga teacher training at Uttara Studios, and blends breathwork and gentle movement into her work. She routinely shares the loving and devotional practices of Bhakti yoga at Maplewood, with mantra, devotional songs and kirtan (call and response chanting).

Her practice at Attune In invites us to connect with and embrace our innate healing energies without the need for words or action. Just intentional openness, curiosity and acceptance of what emerges.

Kermit moore

Kermit uses various instruments in a group setting to layer chords and vibrations that weave a cloak of relaxation, meditation, and transformation. Some of the tools he utilizes are singing bowls, guzheng, monochord, hand pans, and gongs. Gongs are used as a soft, vibrational foundation, and are not loud or startling.

Kermit also co-facilitates a men's circle at MW on the last Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. The circle is a place for men to come together to discuss whatever may be on their hearts and minds in a supportive and confidential environment.
